(Moncton, NB) – Casino New Brunswick’s Event Centre presents American heavy metal group, Skid Row with special guest The Motorleague in Moncton on Friday, July 24 at 8 pm

Formed in 1986 in New Jersey, Skid Row Were kids with punk and metal attitude Determined to conquer the world. All for one, They banded together with single-minded purpose. The battlefield Was the internship, the songs Their arsenal in an us-against-them musical coup.

Skid Row garnered Top Ten singles, gold and multi-platinum sales and reach No. 1 on the Billboard album chart. The World Was theirs, the rebellion won, up to There Was nothing left to fight for – so They Fought Each Other. Following an ill-advised South American tour in 1996, the band Was finished.

Aim the core camaraderie never died. Skid Row returned to the big stage – literally – opening for Kiss in 2000. Exhilarated to tour with the heroes Who Rallied em in the first place, the band Was reinvigorated by being white underdogs Who needed to come out fighting to Prove Themselves.

“When we put the band back together, we needed to reintroduce as Skid Row without falling Relying too much on past success,” Explained bassist Rachel Bolan. “We wrote songs and hit the road. We sunk our heart and soul into it, letting people know We Were not doing it for Lack of something better to do. ”

United World Rebellion – Chapter One and Rise of the Skid Row Damnation Army is coming out swinging. Bolan and guitarist Snake Sabo again tapped into the potent songwriting That Built a band together.

That sound is rambunctious exuberance. They got older, goal Skid Row never really Grew up. United World Rebellion is still the youth gone wild, Their musical spark still burning gasoline.
